Love your talks guys , agree 99% of the time. However disagree will the meals.......check the peristalsis time frame and also everyone has a different requirement for calorie intake....location , climate, work, state of health , age etc.

Generally in the morning if someone has anorexia ...poor appetite then natural medicine philosophical states the the digestive process is poor. Full protein ( animal or vegetarian acquired), fat and carbs in all meals is optional.

Practiced professional healthcare for almost 4 decades. The GUT needs rests in between meals , grazing needs can indicate poor protein the builder intake, and certain models for prevention of serious chronic diseases such as cancer recommend 13 hour fast between last and first meal . They call it BREAK FAST for a reason.

Personally I feel that most people with gut and dietary concerns don't eat the majority of whole foods and have an imbalance of the fat protein and fat macronutrients. As well as a poor homeostatic response within the stress response of the body.

Keep up the great work 🙏🧘‍♀️🌺

Our hunter-gatherer ancestors didn't eat breakfast because there was nothing to eat - they ate their kill around the fire the night before. If they didn't, scavengers got it during the night. They got up in the morning and went to work - there was no breakfast to be had and there was no evolutionary advantage to being distracted by hunger in the morning when there was nothing you could do about it. I find I get little hunger at ANY time now I am on the carnivore diet (which doesn't mean I don't enjoy food) but I am certainly not hungry in the morning.
