If only we knew more about independent and small party preference deals. I would also like to know if they would support liberal or Labor in a hung parliament. I despise both these unrepresentative parties and hope the people will choose their preferences wisely.
It really doesn't matter which political party or independent preferences who, Peter. They can indicate their recommendations on example ballets, but the choice remains with the voter.
I recommend everyone research every candidate for the Lower house in their individual electorates, as well as the Senate candidates, and make their choice based on their own due diligence and research.
I'm not telling anyone else how to vote, but for me the choice in the lower house is Greens last, Teals second last, Labor third last and Liberal 4th last, then any other freedom friendly party or independent from 1 down to Liberal based on your research into candidates.
thank you Mark. The problem I have is trying to find where their allegiances lie and what they represent. I have seen Tophers JB70k and he recommends his 4 choices. These happen to align similarly to my values and these 4 choices also represent those of which I have some idea of what they stand for. Obviously it is the greens, labor etc from the bottom but it is the lesser known ones in the middle of the list that I would like to know more about. I will have a look at your other links. Cheers
